No refund from game

I purchased a replacement bike for my daughter after the bike from Father Christmas broke immediately. When returning to Swaziland and trying to put bike together we discovered parts missing. We then had to buy another bike to keep the Christmas spirit alive. We returned to jhb for first time this week so tried to return bike. The staff said it had to be approved by Raleigh first. I don't want it repaired it's never been used because a part missing, all I want is my money back. Game was not interested and when I gave them my Swazi contact details they told me I could not give details in another country! So on their form for Raleigh it says customer refused to leave details. That has really upset me since I left email and telephone numbers. Surely game is capable of dealing with all it's customers regardless of where they are from. I wrote to customer service on Monday and have still not heard anything..
