My 10 year old son saved his pocket money for over a year to buy a bicycle. After just 4 months the bicycle is totally not usable. In the 4 months, we had it for repairs 5 times. We decided to return it to Games Stores, but before doing so i emailed the store manager. She read my email, but did not have the common courtesy to respond. So regardless, we decided to return the bicycle, to be told that the guarantee is on the structure and there is nothing wrong with the structure.
