Lack of Response

I purchased a Bunk bed matress for my 6 year daughter in November. The matress started getting a memory, ie it would not recover from lying on it. It would take about 5-8 minutes to recover.
When I went in, the cashier referred me to the duty Manager and then intern he said he needed to discuss this with the Branch Manager. The duty manager said they would call me back within 48Hrs to discuss. This all happened on Saturday Morning the 12th January at about 10.
To this day I have not recieved any calls.
