Faulty matress

I bought a sealy bed about 2 years back with russels and six months later the matress was faultly and i laid a complaint with them, they sent a representative, to have a look at it and indeed he authorised that i should be given a new matress, i had to deposit an amount of R600 into sealy's account because the matress was stained from my side and and i could not clan it up so the deal was i pay that amount and i keep the old matress and get the new one (which was a good deal) but now i have been waiting close to six moths for the matress to be delivered in my house russel's excuse being no stock, finally when the stock arrives no vehicle to deliver my matress, no authorisation to pay out the cars to deliver im really tired of this, and this has a huge impact on the lack of rest as i have mentioned the matress is faulty
