Purchase my new bed in 2011, according to the salesman 30year gaurentee. The matress colapsed after one week, the matress was replaced after a month of waiting very well. after yet another month the matress collapsed again, i was promised that the owner would contact me to solve the problem... no such luck.
I paid good money to be disapointed. Mr. Manager after your visit to my house the first time i thought you really cared about your customers i have changed my mind in the meantime.
