On 2 May I went onto the incredible connection website to search for a laptop for my wife's birthday. I chose a Sony Vaio demo unit for R4000 and paid by credit card. I received an email confirming my order and informing me as soon as payment was varified the laptop would be shipped. This morning I was notified by email that they had tested the laptop and decided it was not in good order and cancelled my order. I enquired about another machine and was told to rather go into a store and buy an entry level machine for the same price. I checked my bank balance and they still hold my money, meaning I could not if I wanted to. They failed to fulfil an order confirmed and paid for, and disabled me from pursuing an alternative.
