Incredible Connection
2 weeks still no laptop

On the 19th of February I ordered a laptop on the web based site of Incredible Connection. It is now the 2nd of March and I have not received the laptop.

I was contacted by Justin a couple days after the order was placed to confirm the order and that he would do his best to get the order to me by that Friday (22nd) but I still have no laptop.

I made arrangments to collect at the Cresta Branch due to the difficulties of collecting at my home address. I went in to make enquiries at Cresta Branch on the Monday but it had not arrived yet and they followed up with Justins office (he was not in that day) but his office said they would follow up. Cresta assured me they would phone when it arrived.

Nothing so far.

Very disapointing situation.
