Please see attached statement.
We would like to report the following case to you guys as transaction.
That happened at Montana traders, amazing sound is the company.
We have also reported it to the police and we have the case number if required.
What happened?
We bought a radio from this company.
The installation of the radio wasn't going to work so we returned it and they gave us a return on the card machine with the card.
But as you can see they deducted the money back three months AFTER the return was made by us, no card swipe or pin was used in that transaction on the 12/4/2013
We went to them the day after it happened and we asked them to return the money,
They took our details and they said we can expect a call from the owner of the shop that same week.
Nothing happened, so we went back to them again,
The guy behind the counter said his boss will only be back on the 29th of April he's overseas and that we can come that day and then they will help us,
Last week on the 30th we went back to them but still no luck the boss said we needed to go to the police and we must make a case as w
