On the 6 of June this year, i went to shoprite to buy medicine for my kids at the pharmacy that is inside the store, on to find myself standing in the queue for 15 minutes before i got any help. when i finally got help by Marcia Dlamini he told on of the medicines that i wanted was out of stock so i ended up buying stilpyn, i had R50 with me and the medicine was R14.95 she told me that they dont have change, i asked her what must i do because i really needed the medicine for my child she said they cant sell it to me because they dont have change, and they are not allowed to get change from other tills after 5pm in the afternoon i stood there not knowing what to do. the question i asked myself was that i was there no notice that tells customers that if you buy with R50 after 5pm at shoprite they wont have change. i had to phone my friend who was waiting outside to come and help me with change. the service was very bad that i told most of friends and family about it after waiting for 15 minutes and then being told that there is no change for R50 in the whole store, the lady marcia was not helpfull with the unfriendly face and no solution to the problem i had to see myself what to do
