I have been a loyal client of Pcik & Pay for more than 18years now and have spend hundred of thousand of rand with Pick & Pay. On Friday 26th April I as usual went otdo my shopping at Pick & Pay but found the prices rather higher than usual. I still paid for all the goods and then went to Checkers to just have a look at what prices they have.
I was totally stunned at the difference. I worked out that I would have saved R187.40 for the good that I purchased at Pick & Pay. That is a large amount. Non of these items were on special. These were the daily items that most people use evry day. Pronutro was R8.00 cheaper and Nutzy crunch was R 11.00 cheaper at CHECKERS. When I phone N1 all I got out of the management was that I dont have to buy from Pick and Pay and that these are the prices due to the high Rand.
Well PIck & pay, I have news for you. I certainly can buy my goods at another store and I will do all my shopping elsewhere unless you can give me a good reason not to.
I am appaled by your attitude your outrageous prices and bull you advertise telling us how cheap you are.
I can now understand why Pick & Pay is loosing so much market share.
