I contacted Dischem via their online pharmacy website on the 15 April. Its now the 03 May and my initial request from Dischem to assist me with a company letter has still not been met. During this time i have had to beg and plead with the person handling my query. The chronic medication that my wife is using has now been discontinued. I require this letter to state that the medication has been discontinued and what alternative they suggest. Discovery Health require this to be able to change her medication to an alternative. They first tell me that the medication has been discontinued and now they advised that they are out of stock, so what is it? No sense of urgency and they despense R120 000 worth of medication annually for us. We will go to a pharmacy that will treat us better. They couldnt care less
