To whom it may concern,
I am really disappointed in Pharmacy Direct so I would like to collect my medication from Dischem Raslouw because I can not afford develop resistant from my treatment since I had to default today after all the effort I made today of going to their offices to address the problem with my medication and explain that I had no medication in my posession and requested them to deliver with immediate effect.surely theyb don't care about my health.
The worst part of it I got a very rude phone call from some woman at Pharmacy Direct who told me I will get my medication today because they do not have cars irrespective of my plead explaining that I do not have any, medication left after I returned the wrong medication they dispatched. So to me they want me to default on purpose.
First thing in the morning I will take my script to Dischem so that I can get my medication and I intend to take legal action against Bonitas and Pharmacy Direct because they are breaching the contract and maybe because of my status takes me for granted.
