NO SERVICE AND PASSING THE BUCK

I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH EDGARS WITH VERY LARGE CREDIT LIMIT. I WAS IN THE STORE TODAY 03/05/2013 AND PAID MY ACCOUNT AS I DO EVERY MONTH. I THEN WENT TO THE LINEN DEPARTMENT TO PURCHASE A DUVET AND COVER. ON ARRIVING AT THE DEPARTMENT I REALISED THAT THERE WAS NO STAFF AT ALL. I CALLED ANOTHER SALES PERSON WHO INFORMED ME THAT THERE WERE NO STAFF AT THAT DEPARTMENT BUT WAS WILLING TO TRY. I ASKED FOR A KING SIZE COVER IN A PASTEL COLOUR THERE ABOUT 3 TO 4 COVERS KING SIZE AND NOT ONE PASTELS. THE PACKAGING WAS OFF AND NO PRICES AT ALL. I WENT TO THE MANAGER AND WAS GREETED WITH SHE DOES NOT DO THE BUYING AND SHE KNOWS THERE ARE DUVET COVERS EVEN AFTER I HAD TOLD HER MY STORY. I TOLD HER I WAS NOT GOING TO STAND THERE AND LISTEN TO HER EXCUSES., AS SHE WAS NOT PREPARER TO HELP ME AT ALL. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO GO. THEY SHOULD HAVE MORE STAFF AND A MANAGER THAT IS HELPFUL. THEY LOST A SALE IF ALMOST R2000.00. HOPE THEY CAN PAY EDGARS FOR THE LOSS IN REVENUE. I HOPE THAT EDGARS DOES SOMETHIG ABOUT THE SERVICE AND STAFF AT THIS STORE.
