Refused Exchange or Refund and only used it twice

On the 12 of April 2013 last month i purchased a LG 3D BLU RAY from Makro. Less than 18 days later when u swith On it freeze on LG LOGO for about two minutes and switch off and stop without working. I contacted
Makro who claim they can't refund or give me another one only they will book it for repair but it will
take 4 - 6 weeks. That is unfair cause i bought it to use it not for them to keep it. For a week i won't mind but 4 to 6 weeks so I find this
policy really unfair. And i only knew about the're policy at the store since they don't have any policy on the're Invoice..Unhappy customer.. Repair Note 2145808
