So I received a call after I logged my first hello peter. I told the agent that contacted me (Makhosini Radebe) that I wanted my brother to speak on my behalf. this man refused point blank to speak to my brother and insisted on speaking to me even after I had said that I want my brother to speak on my behalf. He refused to give my brother a manager to speak to or name. He refused to give his name initially, that is why I suspect this name is not the correct one... He then went as far as to hang up on my brother. He was disrespectful and had no idea how to speak to a client. Bradlows has hired an incompetent bunch of arrogant individuals that don't know the first thing about customer service. I want nothing to do with this company and will make sure that nobody I now uses their terrible service. They are simply ridiculous.
