Bad service received for manager systems

I went to Lanseria airport on the 08 Nov 13 as i purcased a ticket for my brother Enrique Coetzee flight JE706, i informed the lady at the guess service that i will not be able to give my brother my card, and that they must flag it on the system in order for him not to have an issue in cape town, she confirmed no problem he wont have an issues at the Cape Town airport, as it has been flagged. Little and behold on the 18 Nov 13 at 18:15 i received a call from my brother that the Manager is giving him attitude, that he doesn't have the card or a picture of the card to verify. I then asked to speak to the Manager she didn't give her name and she said it's not flagged, and that she needs the card knowing that I'm in JHB. This is unacceptable what's the point of pre flagging if the systems are not talking to each other? And that we will receive bad services from a Manager. At 18:30 my brother called me to stay that it was flag it was just not flag on the flight? WOW not even an apology from the Manager!!!
