My Brother embroidery machine, a Ennovus 750E, broke a month ago. First I could not get hold of the local agent.
I then took the machine to a local technician who identified what went wrong with the machine. He contacted Brother to obtain a parts and price lists. A week went past without response. He eventually obtained the lists from a technician in Pretoria. With the information he ordered the spares from Brother but were told that delivery would only be in 3 months time.
I then contacted Brother to find out how it is possible that a company like Brother do not carry spares. No answers were given but I was promised that the spares would be delivered in the 1st week of June.
On the 5th of June I requested to speak a Mr M Crowe but he was not available but were promised that he will be requested to return my call.
To date no spares have been received nor have Mr Crowe returned my call.
