My brother was in a accident on the 29th July 2013.A company bakkie drove right into him @ the back of his car. My brother are trying by all means to get assistance from this company but the answers they give you is always fague. The licence number of their bakkie is CF90027.The telephone number of this company is (021) 982-5522 where my brother has been dealing with Riaan and Elmarie. Riaan told my brother last weeks that he will get back to him since my brother had to fax Riaan the picture of the damages on car and he had to fax the quote aswell. After doing what Riaan has requested there has been no communication from their side. My brother asked me last Friday to phone Riaan regarding queries about the claim but the only thing he told me was that he is waiting on their head office to come back to him. I've told him that I will phone him again on Monday but decided not to do that. Today when I phoned he told me the same thing he told me on Friday that he was waiting on head office. I've asked him for their head office number but he refused to give it to me. I've went to the website and got a number for claims for Unitrans (011) 549-3100
