Stale Flings

I purchased a box of flings for my baby, and the chips are stale, poor quality, i sent willards an email to complain, and they say they cannot replace such a large volume, i must take it back to the supplier,
I feel willards should replace it, why should i be inconvenienced to drive to the supplier again as it is out of my way.
