In April this year I lost my brother in law, who I have taken funeral policy with prosperity. When I took the policy their agent told me to cover my brother in-law as a parent. The agent filled in the form for me and placed my brother in law as a parent, I did attach my signature with hope and trust that the agent was doing the right thing. I never receive any policy document from this company though they claim they sent me one. After o logged a complain with them Lucille was so adamant that they sent me a policy document.
