I am still waiting for my replacement club card it is now 3 months and still don't have it. When I do shop at clicks I mention to the cashier that I will now loose my points the response I get is sorry. This is unfair upon myself as I am a regular n loyal client of the clicks franchise. Your service has dropped to a very low level. I'm truly disappointed.
