I phone Tracker on Monday 22 April 2013 to make arrangement of the unit in my current vehicle to be de-installed to be re-installed in the one I am in the process of purchasing. I was assured that one of their technician will come to my home on Wednesday 24th at 14:00 to do a de-installation to the it can be re-installed in the new vehicle on Friday 26th at the dealership. On Wednesday 24th I phoned them at 14:35 to find out why I haven't heard from them but I sent from pillar to post so eventually I hung up, 10 min later I got a call from them to let me know that some is on their way to my house. A person name Thabo phoned me and asked for directions but he didn't pitch. I need to take delivery of the new vehicle tomorrow and the device is still not installed on the new vehicle.
I always have to complain about Tracker before I get proper service from them.
