2014 and I am already having problems with you!!!

On Monday I called Tracker to have my unit, which was installed in my previous car to be installed in a new car. Call Centre agents kept on saying by Tuesday I will receive a call to arrange for the installation and to this day that hasn't happened. They even promised to have it installed at the dealer by today (I am fetching car today) but with no luck. In my 3 years dealing with Tracker this is the worst service ever. Now I need to have the unit installed because it is part and parcel of insurance terms. I need to have it installed tomorrow latest or my cover will not be guaranteed
