After a number of break-in's, we have decided to upgrade our security system at the office and on 8 April 2013 made an appointment to meet Annamarie Maclennan on 9 April 2013. Annamarie promised that we would have the quote by the end of the business day and the latest first thing on 10 April. No quote was received even after several attempts to contact her. Eventually we left another message on 11 April with the call center who said they would follow-up on the quote. Still absolutely nothing. Over the weekend we had another break-in resulting in a further R50, 000 stock loss, which could have been avoided if you had delivered on your promises. On 16 April called your customer service line and spoke to a Julia who confirmed that we would have the quote by 12h00 and she would follow-up at 12h30. Guess what, the quote eventually arrived just after 15h00 but still no call from Julia.
