Paid ADT last week of July to upgrade the alarm. Took 2 weeks for them to come out and tell me that the quote was not correct and that another quote was needed. Waited 3 days. No response. ADT didn't follow up. I had to phone them. Took another 5 days to get another quote. Now that I've paid the deposit for this follow up quote, no response from them. Absolutely horrific service. I cannot believe they conduct business like this.
