I had 2 guys come to my house on Saturday 05 January 2013 for a quote to get an ADT alarm system and to join ADT's armed response. They promised to let me have a quote by Monday morning the 7th of January 2013 but I have not received anything yet. I phoned ADT again on the 9th of January 2013 to follow up, and I was promised yet again that someone will call me to send me a quote. I have not heard anything yet. I have just called ADT again this morning (10th of January 2013) and nobody was able to help me, nobody has a clue as to whats going on or who was at my house. What must I do to get ADT to send me a quote or are they just not interested in my business?
