In April I contacted Outsurance for an insurance quote. It was not much different to my existing Insurer at the time so I did not want to change. I have since got a quote that is more than R200.00 a month cheaper than Outsurance quote with no excess and today when I contacted them they said I do not qualify for the R400.00 as I should have requested this in April. I have not seen anything like this advertised on their adverts. I was told that the quote that was given to me in April would still stand as is but that I would have to wait until November. Since when is this the case.
