Poor Service from BMW

I've called BMW- Hatfield in Pretoria on 23 April 2013 at 11:22 to book my car for a service and repairs and it was successfully secured for the next day which was 24 April 2013 at -8:00 in the morning and I also requested to be dropped off and picked up. From that time until -13:50 nobody called me to tell me of the progress let alone a quote then I called in to find out what was the progress and why no quote was send as yet. I was told by Nicol Rosenberg that the technician is still diagnosing the car and she will revert to me. At around 15:30 I called again to find out what is happening and was told that her line is busy I must leave a message for her she will come back to me. Today 25 April 2013, still no satifacatory answer back from them, they have now sent me an quote that is not correct!!! I am not used to this type of service from BMW SA. I have been with them since 2007. This lady Nicol Rosenberg is not sufficient in dealing with the clients. Promises are made by her and she does not honour them. I need this quote now received to be reviewed and that my car is servicable by COB today, if not to provided with a courtesy car untill this matter have been resolved.
