I have signed a contract with Blue Security and have requested a quote to upgrade our exisiting alarm system before recoding our key pad, this was 3 weeks ago. I have since called and requested a quote and was promised that I would receive it by the close of business on 07/05/2013, however I'm still waiting. I have now cancelled my contract with my exisiting security company as per Blue's request only to receive such shabby customer service after all the promises that were made to me upon signing the contract. If they are unable to send a simple quote how can i possibly trust them to respond in the event that my house alarm is set off!
