Poor service delivery

My helper lost all my house keys including my ADT access key. I reported the matter to ADT on Thurs 28-03-2013. I was told that a callout would be logged for the lock to be replaced. I again called ADT on 02 or 03-04-2013 and was again told that a callout would be logged. Nothing! I have e-mailed ADT on 2 occasions and have received canned responses that I would be contacted within 24 hours except on weekends and public
holidays. So far No Response.
