I would like to lodge a complaint against a property agent named Sue Vester who works for Propertycoza. Unfortunately my husband and I have received nothing but ill treatment from the agent since our property got registered. The agent delayed to gives us our keys, and on the day we were supposed to meet she left our house keys with the securities that we don't even know. After handing our keys to a total stranger, she called us and told us she will not be able to wait for us. My husband and I inspected the house and found out that one the security doors cannot open with the keys provided, moreover the carpets were not cleaned as per agreement on the signed offer to purchase. I reported the matter to Sue and she told me she is on vacation I must try to turn the keys harder it will open. After several attempts to try to open the door, we still could not get it to open. I send an email again to Sue to assist us with the matter, and her response was that they are not lock experts and I should contact a locksmith. Following this response, my husband called her and she gave him an attitude and told my husband to sort it out himself and then hang up the phone.
