Despite a previous complaint (where I complained that I have been trying to cancel my contract with ADT since 19 March without any success), ADT is still ignoring me. On 4 April, their executive escalations officer, Sandiselwe Mazibuko, has promised that he will forward my request to cancel my contract to customer services; it is now 8 days later and I haven't heard a word from them!!
What is the BIGGEST SHAME is that my new security company has already removed ADT's radio system. But ADT does not even seem to pick up that their radio is not transmitting from my house anymore!!!
All future customers: be warned!!!
