JEOPARDISING SECURITY of Home Owners

Since Tuesday 9 April 2013 I phoned the technical department to repair the fixed panic button in our security guard room at our estate. I was told that they cannot do repairs, because we did not pay the accounts for the past 3 months. I checked with our managing agent that does the payments and they send me an email verifying that payments was done on 12 & 13 March 2013. I send this proof to the financial department as proof to check on their system. I phoned again on 10/4/2013 (Steven Motsepe), 11/4/2013 (Crystal) and Godliness on 12/4/2013. They promised to send me details by email, but it did not meterialise up to date. They blocked us on any repairs. Trafalgar will only pay out on receiving a statement signed by two directors. We did not receive any new statements, most probably because of the post office strike. Last year I asked the ADT finacial department to send the montly statements by email, yet it does not happen. I need to have this on record, because if an incident happens and we cannot reach the armed response to assist, I will be questioned about what I did to rectify the problem when it was reported to me by security..
