ADT Has Decided to My Money

So after weeks of back and forth fighting it seems ADT is going to get away with my money after all. Mainly because I just don't have the energy to fight it anymore and I think that is what they were hoping for. They dragged this out as much as they could.

They ignored my initial cancellation request and have decided that they will not refund me for the months they have been siphoning cash out of my bank account even though the contract should have been cancelled. They have ignored their own terms in the contract.

Here is the email I was just sent:

Good day, Mr Penkin.

After re-engaging the divisions involved regarding your cancellation. A consensus was reached and your concerns have been noted.

However, the decision still remains the same as per the initial email.

All I have left is to make sure people know their chosen business practises. I may still take one last stab and take my case to the CPA as simply talking to them is fruitless.
