I cancelled my contract via their Internet site on the 31st July 2012. Received an automated response. Organised new security system and had ADT radio removed, end of August, i.e. ADT not receiving any radio signal. Never bothered to see why. Spoke to Maxine Minnaar, to whom I sent approx. 5 emails detailing my cancellation, etc. Still in 14th March 2013 bill received for R2, 802.00.
ADT is incompetent and just wants money from you. No customer service whatsoever to speak of!!!
