I've been trying to sort this out for a year

Let me begin by saying this is unacceptable..

I had an account with you through Chubb Safely Home somerset west, it was for Geckos Tavern.
I closed the tavern back in 2011.. After the process of getting the alarm system removed, I settled the outstanding balance of R1322.40 on 15th May 2012.

I am still receiving monthly statements stating that I still owe this balance.
I have been into the Somerset west branch numerous times, I have called your accounts department and I have sent emails with proof of payment and still this has not been sorted out.
Now PLEASE, sort this out as I have payed it long ago.
My account reference is MCI1355.

I really don't want to drive from Gordon's Bay to your head office to speak to whoever is in charge and speak my mind, but that is my next step if this does not get resolved.
