General Enquiries Call Centre Staff Incompetent

I called the absa call centre to query the bank charges on my Absa Silver Cheque account, as i registered for the Silver Value Bundle for R69pm, but saw that it was R89pm on my most recent statement. The call centre agent transfers me to the credit card division, and i really have no idea why. When I eventually spoke to someone there, they transferred me to another dept where i ended up back on the telephone menu options. The annoying part is having to keep explain the same story over and over to every new person that you get transferred to, when nobody seems to be equipped or capable of assisting with just a simple query. i have always had excellent service from Absa, so i was quite surprised with the quality of service i received from this time around.
