POOR SERVICE BILLING/ACCOUNTS

I am very, very unhappy with the poor service I am getting from ADT security. I spent hours hanging on the line for response and then the line will just drop or your call gets cut deliberately
What I fail to understand is that they have my details and my concern but when they cut the line they will not phone you back. I chased my cell bill up with only trying to solve this issue and ADT is not getting back to you with a solution to the problem they created.
On the 2nd of Feb 2013 I made an electronic E.F.T payment because the debit order we signed did not went thru 25 Jan 2013.
My account was double deducted on the

I would like to receive feedback when the reversal will be paid back into my account.
