I would like to commend everyone at Securitas who was involved in assisting me with my first car accident claim! I was thoroughly surprised at the efficient and proactive service that was experienced from the consultants who helped me at Securtitas, to the towing company that collected my car, the panel beaters that were chosen to repair my vehicle (Bodytech 2000) and the car rental company (First Car Rental). I was kept informed the whole way, everyone always got back to me when I called with queries (without having to follow up again) and would most often actually supply me with the information before I needed to ask. What can most often be a frustrating and inconvenient time was made very pleasant by everyone involved! Thank you very much!!!
