POOR POOR SERVICE

POOR POOR POOR Service from 8ta (Telkom Mobile) and nobody gets back to me at all.

My line was suspended (081 474 3287) - and yet the money owing to you has been deducted from my bank account - I called your help desk/customer service line whole of last week everyday but the amount does not reflect on your system. how is that possible if the money was deducted from my bank account on the 23rd of August and today is 2 September and it still doesn't show and you make your customer suffer by not activating my line - this is unacceptable and I would like to lodge a formal complaint and need assistance urgently - please get back to me
I also saw on my bill I am being billed 2-3 times for the same device that I have though the account was suppose to be R388 a month its now totalling at either R788 or R1216 - this is unacceptable and need to be fixed - please escalate this
