I placed an online order for a XPANDA pool fence in January 2013. After a month of querying the supplier on how to install the fencing, I was informed that the fence poles were not pre-drilled with the necessary holes for assembly as they should have been. In addition to this, the fixing clips were not suitable for the installation.
I then requested a refund which the supplier was happy to provide so long a s I paid for the return shipping. This is unacceptable to me as i was supplied with an inferior product. After much toing-and-froing the supplier has eventually stopped responding to my emails and I am now stuck with a fence that cannot be used.
I am extremely disappointed in the service and feedback from Saunderson Security and will certainly not use their store again.
