An incident occurred - armed response was called - identified person was there, having been identified as having committed an armed, some 2 hours before hand. The evidence still in his car.
Securitas armed response DID NOTHING - and while i tried to do a citizens arrest, STILL STOOD BY and did nothing - even after i was assaulted, and threatened, still stood by and DID NOTHING.
the person ran away (yes, ran), Securitas armed response, did nothing.
I emailed Tim Pearman (M.D.) - no response. Lance Harris got in touch with me, sympathized with, me, was sorry I was assaulted and assured me he would investigate and get back to me - guess what, I'm still waiting - just like i was waiting for his 'trained staff''' to make the arrest, call the police. NONE OF IT - I landed up having to call the police to the scene... their ''trained staff'' stood by in shock.
No thank you very much... the situation turned ugly very quickly - but Securitas did not know how to handle it all all.
