Debit order goes off whenever they feel like it

In November last year I called Securitas to please make sure that my debit went off on the 1st of the month as I only get paid on the last day of the month. I was referred to Ilze who assured me she would take care of my request. It is now July and I am still being billed anywhere from the 24th of the month until the first. I have contacted Ilze countless times to sort out this issue and each time she assures me it will be resolved. On the 30/04/2013 (6 months later) she tells me she is not the right person to be dealing with so I asked her why she had not referred me to the correct person in the first place. Her response was " I did not want to give this to anybody else to deal with as you have had enough frustration, And I assure you I have sorted it out and it will not happen again."... and yet I am once again charged on the 28th and once again my payment is rejected and I incur costs at my bank.

I have been trying to resolve this problem for 8 months with no success. I cannot find anyone who will follow through on this request. All in all a really unpleasant and frustrating experience dealing with Securitas and I am seriously considering cancelling my service.
