On Saturday 12 Oct I noticed R7000 missing from my bank account. I looked through the recent transactions, and discovered 2 debit orders with the reference of Securitas dated 11 October. I tried to contact Securitas to discuss, however the friendly call centre person could not help as the accounts team is only avaialble on during the week. I contacted my bank, and discovered these transactions can be reversed in the event of a dispute.
Securitas - you have until Monday to explain your side of the story, and take corrective action.
