On the 28/03/2013 I phoned Chubb and requested to move my Alarm system to our new premises. After numerous emails and calls I have had no joy or luck in them doing so. I also requested that they discontinue the sms service as I no longer need opening & closing times and yet I still receive my sms every morning.
Dear Chubb you are very useless and I don't want your service anymore.
