Less than a year ago I bought a CCTV camera system from Cameratron now known as Camerahyper. I had the camera system installed on 14 July 2012 by a qualified electronic technician. in less than a month the power supply stopped working. I took the broken power supply back to be replaced and received a faulty one instead. After a third time of taking back the faulty power supply they refused to replace the power supply. I called the store manager kenaan. Not having he's way he put the phone down in my ear. How can a company employ a person with such childish behaviour. How does a company like this survive in these economical times. I kindly advise to think twice before supporting this company as certain employees would receive first prize in unprofessionalism
