PATHETIC PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I purchased a Centurion Gate Motor in December 2012 and had it installed. In early January the gate motor suddenly started tripping the electricity. I had an electrician inspect the electricity and no problem was found. The power supply was malfunctioning. Centurion Agents in Polokwane immediately blamed a power surge! I have a power surge protector installed at my electricity distribution board! The part was not REPLACED BY Centurion and I had to pay for the part. (I am supposed to have a two year guarantee...) Two days later the motor stopped working again! I contacted Centurion who sent technicians to replace the power supply and the battery but that afternoon the gate opened but did not close. This time the technician blamed the gate manufacturers and the instillation. Centurion Management, without investigating, requested that pictures be taken of the gate. An independent EXPERT in Louis Trichardt investigated the problem. He established that there was nothing wrong with the gate, the problem was actually faulty wiring on the motor as I mentioned numerous times to Centurion. In the end the repairs and call-outs fees was more than the initial purchasing! Pathetic!
