Consolidated spa services said on their call out to my jacuzzi on 22 november 2012which stopped working that it is not the jacuzzi but that i should get an electrician as it is the power supply to the jacuzzi. i then received per email a bill of R712 which i paid that same day. my electrician informed me that the power supply is just fine but the jacuzzi is faulty. when i reported back to Tonja at consolidated she informed me that on the 28th jan 2013 she would send the technician again.. how on earth can i trust this guy who doesnt evenr realise that there is in fact power to the jacuzzi... not acceptable..
