ADT seems to have a pretty good response when it comes to emergencies but when it comes to their after sale service it seems like they may actually have no one in that department. I have been trying to get a hold of them to cancel my service as I am moving out of my office and no longer need their service but man, trying to get a hold of them via e-mail or by phone is impossible. The phones either don't ring or don't get answered and the email addresses I have been provided on their printed material no longer exist. I think i am just going to stop the debt order and maybe then their accounts department will contact me because I have no choice. I was hoping they could help me uninstall my system so that I can use it at a later date with them but I am just going to remove it myself and contact a different security company in future... It just seems like they only care when they have to, when it comes to after sale support, then they not interested.
