Failed to remove Debt Hold on my account

I forwared all documentation requested by the Debt review department of the ABSA debt review department in johannesburg on th 13 november 2013 via e-mail. I have proof of all correspondence. I have been phoning for the last week for them to remove the debt hold on my account, phoned this number 0861005901 and spoke to petunia and cheslyn and also their supervisor. They assured me that the hold will be removed today (28/11/2013) bt when i arrived at the ATM the hold was still on my account. They to me on record and via e-mail.
